- Personalised Small Group Training: Enjoy up to 4x coach-led, dynamic, and tailored sessions per week.
- Fitness Classes: 50–60 minute workouts designed to improve strength, mobility, and fitness.
- Nutritional Consultation: Clear, actionable advice to help you tone up, lose weight, or boost overall wellbeing.

- Personalised Attention: Sessions are limited to a maximum of 10 people, ensuring tailored guidance and hands-on coaching.
